DLU01 duplicates of UFDC records suppressed 07/30/2009: UFDC records are being loaded to Mango in a workflow that does not include the use of the DLU01 database. Many of the UFDC records were represented in DLU01 from the old QC extract and load. In order to remove duplicate representation in Mango the DLU01 records were identified and suppressed. These records can be retrieved with the tickler string "suppressed-dec-20090730". 3,181 records were removed, many with MAP, MAPC, MAPFL, or JUV as the collection code in the 852 field.

Wolfsonian records load 07/30/2009: Wolfsonian records were loaded to Production DLU01 from a file received from the FCLA DL team. There were 261 records and they can be retrieved using the tickler string "wolfsonianload-dec".

DLU01 status UPDATE 04/25/2008: All remaining MARC records from the NOTIS QF processing unit have now been loaded into the ALEPH library DLU01 in the UX Production region. Starting today all cataloging maintenance or modification of these records should be done in DLU01 using the ALEPH gui client. The client can currently be obtained from the ALEPH Clients page: SEE Link on the bar to the left.

DLU01 status: The DLU01 Aleph library was reloaded on 12/03/07 and all records were deleted from the library prior to the reload. Not yet in production. See DLU01 ALEPH LOAD LOG below for details and also read the DLU01 blog for load details and outstanding issues.

DLU01 Load Statuses:

testing data has been loaded; ready for testing with DigiTool and by QF catalogers
production data has been reviewed and approved for production and linked to DigiTool. QF catalogers may edit and all edits will be retained.
